Peirce Welding has purchased and is currently implementing a totally integrated software package; Shop Pro Software.  Shop Pro will allow Peirce Welding to quote, process and track job orders with improved accuracy, as well as scheduling those orders with more integrity.  Shop Pro is a certified Year 2000 Compliant software, as is all other software and hardware components at Peirce Welding & Fabricating, Inc.  Peirce Welding has assumed a progressive approach to conducting business in the year 2000.  We recognize that we have a responsibility to service our customers, vendors and our community in the year 2000 and beyond.

In October we purchased an X91 Pulmax Plate Beveling Machine, with a maximum capacity of 1-inch thick plate.  This machine will allow us to produce most beveling requirements in less time.  A new M. P.C 2000 plasma cutting system was ordered.  This machine should be operational by March of 2000.  We also purchased a new Miller Pulse Tig Welder.  These new additions should allow us to be more competitive and benefit our customers.
